Partner Disclosure

This is a working draft, current as of August 18, 2026. Kòd La is a pre-launch company, and this policy will be reviewed and updated, including by qualified legal counsel, as our practices and the platform evolve.

1. Purpose of this disclosure

Kòd La matches founders with partners: accelerators, cloud providers, investors, and service providers who can help them after their proof of concept is done. We may have referral or partner relationships with some of these organizations. This page explains how those relationships work and how they do and don't affect what we show founders.

2. How placement and ranking work

Where we show partners, programs, or recommendations to a founder, our intent is to rank them by fit: how well a partner's focus area, stage, and criteria match that founder's vertical, stage, and goals. A paid or featured partner relationship is not intended to outrank a better-fit option that isn't paying us. Where a placement is featured or sponsored, we intend to label it as such.

3. Paid partner relationships

Some partners may pay Kòd La for placement, a referral fee, or access to our founder pipeline. As of this draft, our specific partner agreements and economics aren't finalized. Once they are, we'll describe the actual arrangements here, including which relationships are paid and how that's disclosed to founders.

4. Our commitment

We built Kòd La to help founders get in front of the right people, not to sell placement to the highest bidder. Where a recommendation involves a partner relationship, we intend for that to be disclosed, and for fit to the founder's profile to remain the primary factor in what we show them.

5. Updates to this disclosure

This page will be updated as our partner program takes shape and real agreements are signed. If you're a founder or partner with questions about a specific relationship, ask us directly using the contact below.
