When you start a project with us through our intake form, we collect your name, email, company, details about your raise, your timeline, and a description of whatever existing materials you already have. If you schedule a call with us, our scheduling tool collects your name, email, and the time you choose.

We also collect standard web server logs when you visit this site, the kind any hosted website generates automatically.

We use this information to respond to you, to scope an engagement, and to deliver the work once an engagement starts. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

We rely on a small number of service providers, and your information may be stored or processed by them:

• Tally, for our project intake form. Anything you submit there is stored with Tally on our behalf.
• Cal.com, for scheduling calls. Anything you submit there is stored with Cal.com on our behalf.
• Vercel, for hosting this website.

Tally's and Cal.com's own privacy policies govern how they handle the information you give them directly.

As the business develops, we expect to add providers for things like payment processing. If we add providers, such as for payments, we will update this policy.

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you and deliver an engagement, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to access what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or ask us to restrict how we process it. This site itself does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider, Vercel, may set functional cookies needed to run and secure the site. Tally and Cal.com are separate sites with their own cookie practices.

Kòd La is intended for founders, and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this policy as our practices, our service providers, or the law change. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
