This is a working draft, current as of August 18, 2026. Kòd La is a pre-launch company, and this policy will be reviewed and updated, including by qualified legal counsel, as our practices and the platform evolve.
1. Acceptance of terms
By joining our waitlist, applying as a partner or reviewer, or otherwise using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Description of service
Kòd La is currently a pre-launch waitlist for a forthcoming proof-of-concept and verification platform for early-stage founders. Today, this site lets you join our waitlist, request a Founder Report Card, apply to partner with us, or apply to join our reviewer bench. The full platform, including the verification mesh, human review, and paid proof-of-concept tiers, is still being built and isn't live yet.
3. User obligations
You agree to give us accurate information when you use our forms, to use this site lawfully, and not to attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to it or to other users' information.
4. Intellectual property
You own your company, your equity, and your work product, always. Kòd La doesn't take equity in your company, and nothing about using this site or a future Kòd La proof-of-concept changes your ownership of what you build. Any materials you submit to us, like a deck or a description of your business, remain yours; you're only giving us permission to review them for the purpose you submitted them for.
The Kòd La name, logo, and the content of this site are owned by Kòd La and may not be copied or used without permission.
5. No guarantee of outcomes
We don't guarantee that using Kòd La will result in funding, a successful raise, a partnership, or any specific business outcome. Our verification process is designed to produce a defensible, honestly assessed proof of concept, not a promise of results.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kòd La isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything in it.
7. Modification of terms
We may update these terms as the platform develops. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do, and material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
