By using this website or starting a project with us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Kòd La is a design and launch studio for founders who are raising, or about to be. Our core offering is the Raise Kit: a pitch deck, an investor one-pager, and a narrative pass built to hold up under real scrutiny. We also offer a Financial Model as an add-on to the Raise Kit, a Launch Site and a combined Launch Site plus Raise Kit package called the Launch Stack, and ongoing marketing add-ons, a Content Kit and Managed Outreach, for clients who want support after the foundation is set. Each engagement is a fixed-scope project with its own terms, agreed with you before work begins.

You agree to give us accurate information when you use our forms, to use this site lawfully, and not to attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to it or to other users' information.

You own your company, your equity, and your work product, always. Kòd La doesn't take equity in your company, and nothing about using this site or working with us changes your ownership of what you build. Any materials you submit to us, like a deck or a description of your business, remain yours; you're only giving us permission to review them for the purpose you submitted them for. Once an engagement is paid in full, the materials we deliver are yours to use.

The Kòd La name, logo, and the content of this site are owned by Kòd La and may not be copied or used without permission.

We don't guarantee that working with Kòd La will result in funding, a successful raise, a partnership, or any specific business outcome. Our process is designed to produce well-researched, defensible materials, built against a repeatable framework and reviewed before they reach you, not a promise of results.

This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kòd La isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything in it.

We may update these terms as the business develops. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do, and material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
