What's actually in the Raise Kit.
The deck.
Thirteen slides covering company purpose, product, business model, traction, the problem, why now, market, competition, go-to-market, team, financial plan, and the ask, sequenced for your stage. Pre-seed and seed decks lead differently, so the order follows what the research shows funded decks do rather than a fixed template.
The one-pager.
A single page covering your company overview, the problem, your solution, your business model, the market, your traction, your team, and a fully specified ask: amount, instrument, use of funds, and timing.
The narrative pass.
The through-line that makes the deck and the one-pager argue the same case. This is where most decks fall apart, and where we spend the most time.
Two revision rounds included. Typically delivered in under two weeks. To start, we need whatever you already have (an existing deck, financials, prior investor feedback), a short intake, and time for one working session. If the scope grows past the original agreement, we quote the additional work before touching it, never after.

What this is not.
Worth being clear about this. No one can honestly promise you a raise, and we will not pretend otherwise. We do not make introductions to investors, and we do not take equity in your company. What we do is build your case as strong as it can be, review it ourselves before it reaches you, and hand it back to you to run with. The company stays yours. The raise stays yours to close.
